Oregon Soccer Academy is a premier soccer club formed on the premise that today's youth deserve an opportunity to develop their soccer skills, team building skills, community awareness, and personal pride in a quality environment. Oregon Soccer Academy is Unique!
Quality ­ not quantity ­ is the basis for Oregon Soccer Academy. OSA is committed to forming high quality, competitive teams during the fall, winter, and spring outdoor seasons. Players will be evaluated at tryouts with the goal of forming rosters that will be competitive during the outdoor seasons.

Players are asked to commit their time and talents to the season of competition. Fall season includes summer training and tournaments, fall season team practices and league games. At the conclusion of the fall season, members are encouraged to participate in other activities and return to an OSA team as their schedule allows.

Developing the player as a person is a high priority. Therefore, players are encouraged to participate in other sports, hobbies, school events or community outreach endeavors during the off-season.

Superior coaching philosophy sets Oregon Soccer Academy apart from other clubs. Coaches are selected because of their ability to be outstanding role models for youth as well as their proven history as quality soccer coaches. Head coach Bernie Fagan personally sees that his staff of coaches not only address the skill and strategy needs of the premier soccer player, but also instill a sense of responsibility and pride.

The OSA Board of Directors is comprised of people in the community with a sincere interest in soccer and youth development. Board members are not necessarily parents of OSA team members. This format provides the best direction for the club as a whole.

Parents are encouraged to participate in committees that will promote the entire club and strengthen the quality of the environment for all children.  Several volunteer opportunities are available for parents to share their time and talents with all members of the club.
